Appreciation Night

Hey hey.

I am writing based on what happen on 2nd Dec 05.

Today is such a happy day! So much stuff to share, because they are worth rejoicing. Today’s school ended early, around 1030 hrs. Rush back home took a bath and took a nap. Reach church around 1830 hrs and did the usual stuffs, checking the equipment and cameras. Orh and by the way, I serve as a volunteer in my church handling video camera (Same standard as TV station, wanna come and see?).

It was towards the end that is more exciting.

Today is the last time that we would be serving in this church building on English service like this. Had a mini appreciation night. Before the appreciation thingy, we celebrated Chun Wah and my birthday. I was very surprise didn’t expect them to celebrate it so early. And I helped to arrange the cake backstage, doing all the poking of candles and lighting up. Because I didn’t know that I was part of the celebration, until I saw the third the candle being poke by John and asked whose. Haaaha. Thanks guys for celebrate it in advance. After that was the appreciation night, it was to thank you guys for serving in this ministry so faithfully (BTW is TV Ministry). Given out some outstanding awards with weird titles to the crews and they really deserve it. Well-done guys for sacrifice your time to serve God’s ministry, even through you do not earn a single cent (So do I). But I believe you have earned a greater capacity to do things and your reward is waiting for you in heaven.

Q: Want to ask Why I want to give up so much of my time doing all these things?
A: Because I want to do it for God and I know I will be bless in much when I do all these things. Of course, it is not doing it for fame or whatever. But it still goes back to Jesus.

Overly obsessed about God? You bet.

Went for supper after that, opposite church kopitiam. And wonder if the kopitiam will still have so many busy crowds coming in every morning to eat kaya roti until evening zi char (mass cooked food) on weekends. Especially, when 20,000++ of us move to expo. Hahaa.

Well that all for tonight! Gotta go and bath and pray.

22 days towards Christmas, let us build up the Christmas spirit in us and give thankgiving towards each other.

James Zhuang

I was born in December 1986 in Singapore, but I was from Indonesian at that time. My Parents come from Indonesia to Singapore to work and build a family of 4, My Parents, Younger Sister & Me. During 1993, My family citizenship was change to Singapore. When I grow more mature, I started to realize how poor my family was. My father was working as a construction worker and my mother was working part time at home as a tailor. But God is good, He prosper my family by promotion my father to work site supervisor and my family monthly income grew.

I started studying at PAP Kindergarten School and move on to Loyang Primary School. But was transfer to Tampines Primary School due to the distance between my home and the school. I moved on to Pasir Ris Secondary School and went on taking NITEC in Automotive Technology at ITE Balesiter. Currently studying at Nanyang Polytechnic, Diploma in Manufacturing Enginnering.

Accepting Christ on May 2002 was a great breakthrough to my life, I have grow greatly during these pass few years in the Lord. Trusting the Lord was one of the most important thing in my life and that really change my character. Upon that, I served the Lord by join a ministry, TV ministry. This ministry produce its own church services, wedding services and others. Being part of the ministry really ignite my life to a higher point and build up my knowledge base in video production.
