It has been a very busy week for me. Because its' Christmas!
Nothing much that I could recall on weekdays. But it has been real busy or rather fun during the weekends.
To keep it short and sweet I will just summarize.
Wednesday had Christmas party at Mark's house. Had a great time eating, playing, talking to people (just love meeting new people everywhere I go), watching tv, play guitar & singing. I love the cocktail spirte and shepherd pie. Both of them had unique taste. Yummy.
Saturday had to help out in Christmas production by our church. After finish helping out , I went to Hall 6 and look for Mel. Actually wanted to go town or something like that to slack and celebrate, but everyone was not really available. In the end went back home and celebrate. When the clock strike 12, I received super alot of Christmas greeting sms-es. It flood my inbox. Grrrr......
Sunday wake up 9am and thought that I was late. Bath, comb hair, wear my clothes, spray perfume and ran off. End up reaching EXPO at 11:00am, 30 minutes earlier. Waited for the rest at MRT, alot of my friends brought their friends for the production. Had a great time singing Christmas carols at the beginning then it was the Christmas drama. It was very funny and heart warming. After the everything, we went to have our lunch then go to Hall 6 and play the rides at carnival. Tried the Metrorite, after the ride I feel like puking out. Haaahaa... Shouldn't have eat whopper meal before the ride. Win a pink color monkey at one of the game store. After which, afew of us went out and makan at bugis's wantan mee store. Here are the pictures of people went, click on the picture below.
Today had a family gathering at my house. Everyone was merrying and eating happily at my house. We have on the menu curry chicken, mutton curry, stir fried vegatables, popiah, steam prawn and 12 different kinds of desserts and drinks. It has been a long time since we ever had such gathering, it seems like everyone grow alot. My mum did all she could to make it successful and of course I serve them like a waiter. What a Christmas week!
Haaahaaa... don't why but I feel more excited during Christmas season than my own birthday. Maybe is because the past few years I have been looking forward for Christmas than my birthday. Get to share my joy with people around me, awesome. More than that is my best friend birthday rather than mine.
Well, that all for this week. Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year! =)
It has been almost 1 week since I have log in. Haahaa... No time to write lar...
Just share and summarize what had been happening for my week.
During Tuesday's ECP, Jack and I took some pictures for the ECP report. Went home early today. Edit and complie the extra pictures into a short comic story. Click on the picture to view larger.
Wednesday and Thursday, I was busying rushing to complete the CS assignment and ECP report. At thursday night, I had my first gift for my birthday. It was an adidas bag. Whoa... expensive. Never carry such an expensive bag before!
Friday was my birthday. Had C Programming from 8 - 11am. Drink too much water last night, end up keep going to toilet. In total I went out 3 times. When the class is dismiss, found that there is a plastic bag in my bag. At first I thought someone play punk on me by putting some rubbish in my bag. To my surprise my class brought me a T-Shirt. Thanks guys. At night went out with my friends to eat steamboat. At the end part, they trick Mel and me to get some chicken wings. When we reach back, they sang birthday song and celebrate mel's belated birthday and mine birthday. Another Thanks to you guys.
Saturday, as usual went to church and did recording for the service. At the end part of it was the candle light service. After the service, I hop on to John's car, rush down to airport and meet the rest of the gang. Waited for Jessie's arrival. Upon arrival from Maccau, Jessie distrbute Wasabe Peanuts. Wah.. it is very choking. Mark and Gary send Jessie back home. While me, JL & GR took bus 27 and the rest took MRT.
Sunday, finally the day which I was waiting for. At first I couldn't wake up, but had to force myself to wake up. At the end of the service, was the candle light service. Where Pastor's light is been lighted up first and then it was passed on to the whole church. Within afew minutes the whole has been lighted up and filled with glory. Holy moment. Feel like been apart from the fallen world and draw near to God.
After the service, went to control room for briefing on SOT graduation service. Took pictures with some of my friends who graduate after the graduation service. Pack up the whole place at EXPO, ride on JM's bike and reach home at 5:30pm. The earlist timing which I reach home on SUNDAY! Feel so weird reaching home so early on Sunday.
Haahaa... Well this is my week. Next week, Christmas. Will update again. Merry Christmas !
Hey, just wanna say a big thank you to you guys, especially Jack. That you all told me about that SOMEONE that tag in MY BLOG and say MY CHURCH is a money looting church even it is NOT TRUE in the first place. Although some of you weren't in the same church as me or same religon as me. But you guys helped me to defend, inform and show concern to me about this. Really want to thank you guys. You guys from NYP MF0502 are awesome, You Rock.
As we all know Singapore is a racial hamorny nation. And the recent case about the two bloggers charged under Sedition Act over racist remarks. I just want to warn that SOMEONE to think twice, thrice or even 7 times before making such remarks. Your IP address can be trace easily by the police.
No, I am not threatening you nor am I ashame about the false remark that you write about my church, City Harvest Church, because this church didn't loot my or my friends' money. Everyone gave accord to their will. But just want to tell that SOMEONE to mind his/her remarks.
Well, people who don't think far and thought they are very "smart". Moving on.
Yesterday was the first time I had my church service at EXPO, it was great you guys must come and visit it someday! I went out with my friends after the service and celebrate my bubby's birthday, MELVIN! Hahaa. He finally turn 16 and he is very happy, because now he can go in and play pool without fearing of letting the police to check his I/C. And I got him a pack of ang bao (Red Packet) together with Ren, Jun, Jas & Liang. Haaha. Very uncle style right? Ya I know, and I also know that no one friend will pack ang bao for their friends accept me. And I am also very surprise that my cellgroup celebrated my birthday in advance. Jun got me a creative mp3, which I always wanted but didn't feel that there is a need for me to spend money and buy one. Thanks Jun~!
Just got a sudden feel that SOMEONE don't friends that will stand by he/she in time of needs. Well, you guys know what I mean. Haaahhaaa....

Today, my church just had a new beginning in EXPO. The 1st prayer meeting to dedicate this place at EXPO. By the way, this place we will be using only 2 to 3 years. After that we will be moving off to somewhere bigger, greater and more central. So it is NOT our final destination.
I am totally commited to this church which have transform my life and my attitude towards life. In life it not just about education, money and other stuffs. It is more than that. Make use of your life. Excel it to the highest point.
I do not have the pictures right now but it is very huge. I guess you will get stunt if you get there. I will upload once I have them.

Today, I went to church riding on Stanley’s new bike (cool bike, want to get one of them after I get hold of my class 2B). At service 6, Dr. Robin Harfouche share her life testimony about how got saved and how Christ changed her life, very touching. In case you don’t know who Dr. Robin Harfouche is, she is a Hollywood star, a TV personality and she is a female (some of you must be wondering, huh? but her name is Robin what). After the service, we had our last meal at the kopitiam opposite our church. I think the kopitiam owner must be very sad that we shift to EXPO. Hahaa, that is his/her problem none of my concern.
Went to Esplande (The Durian) with Gary, Mel, Joy, YM and Ken. Great bunch of guys to be with. We walked down to The Merlion. Me, Gary & Mel were trying to get into the tourist shots, Haaahaa. Had real fun doing that. After which, we walk down from The Merlion to Raffles Place MRT. On the way, we saw a huge group of Japanese young girls & boys. Gray & YM were pretending to be part of them and join in the group. But the moment when Gary says Hai (jap. means yes), YM ran away from Gary. But Gary stay and went on talking to a Japanese guy in front of him, brave. The huge crowd went up to the tour bus, and as friendly Singaporean we just wave to them as we walk passed the bus. They were very friendly, and in response they wave back to us. Saw a few chio bu and yandao Japanese, not bad.
20 days towards Christmas. And of course like any other churches, my church will be celebrating it at EXPO this year. Come and join us and build up the Christmas spirit inside of us. Yeah!
